Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI-powered technical chart analysis service provided by ChartScope (hereinafter "Service"), and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Service operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the AI chart analysis web service operated by ChartScope in its entirety.
• "User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Coins" refers to the virtual payment unit charged within the Service for use of paid analysis features.
• "Analysis Result" refers to technical analysis information generated by the AI model upon processing a chart image.

Article 3 (Service Provision and Use)

The Service provides AI-powered technical analysis of chart images uploaded by users. The Service is offered under the following plans:

• Free Plan: Up to 3 free technical analyses per day.
• Paid Plan: Technical analysis provided upon deduction of 200 Coins (no advertisement).
• Premium Plan: In-depth analysis provided upon deduction of 500 Coins, including trade plan, Ichimoku cloud analysis, and invalidation conditions.

The Service is available to users aged 14 and older. Minors using paid features must obtain consent from a legal guardian.

Article 4 (Coin Purchases and Refunds)

Coins are purchased through the in-service payment page via a payment gateway (PG). Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, and refund eligibility is subject to the conditions below.

• Unused Coins within 7 days of purchase: full refund available.
• Coins held for more than 7 days or partially used: remaining Coins are non-refundable (except in cases of Service error).
• Refund requests based solely on dissatisfaction with AI-generated analysis quality are not accepted, given the subjective nature of such assessments.

Article 5 (Disclaimer and Investment Risk Notice)

• The Service does not operate as an investment advisory or discretionary investment management business.
• AI analysis results are technical information derived from chart images and may differ from actual market conditions.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of analysis results is not guaranteed. The Service is not liable for any investment losses arising from reliance on such results.
• The Service is not liable for service interruptions caused by API failures, scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must comply with the following when using the Service:

• Do not misappropriate another person's personal information or register false information.
• Do not interfere with normal Service operation through API abuse, automated crawling, DDoS attacks, or similar conduct.
• Do not redistribute analysis results received from the Service for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms.

In the event of a violation, the Service may restrict, suspend, or delete the user's access without prior notice.

Article 7 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Service may modify or temporarily suspend service content as required for operational or technical reasons. The Service is not liable for damages arising from such changes or suspensions unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

In the event of permanent Service discontinuation, refund procedures for unused Coins will be carried out within 30 days of the discontinuation notice.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright in analysis results generated by the Service belongs to the Service operator. Users may use analysis results for personal reference only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Rights to chart images uploaded by users remain with the user or the respective rights holder. The Service will not use uploaded images for any purpose other than analysis.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

Any litigation arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea. Disputes between the Service and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation as a first resort; if no agreement is reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)

The Service may revise these Terms in response to changes in applicable law or operating policy. Revisions will be announced via in-service notices at least 7 days before taking effect (30 days in the case of material changes). Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 11 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable law and the Service's operating policies. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
